  • Poor posture.

  • Difficulties to sleep on the shoulder, get dressed and to comb your hair.
  • Pain and soreness during or after activity.
     

Treatment

  • Avoid static work.
  • Adapt working position.
  • Training of ROM, coordination, strength and stability.
